Join me for Yoga For Risk Takers, I dare you! This 26 min session is all about expanding and grounding in honor of promoting courage and balance so that we are better prepared to take risks and “go for the gold.”

Move some energy and step out of your own way to reset and focus on what matters most. This session invites you to work from an honest foundation, physically and mentally, for everything we are building up to, both in our yoga practice and in life.

It takes bravery to expand and take risks, your yoga mat has your back. And I do too!

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!
